Northampton University A level Art competition 2017.
The forth annual competition was held this year and on Thursday 30th December staff, students and parents from Caroline Chisholm School attended the Private View and awards ceremony. The event was held at the Avenue Campus and in attendance were many VIP’s from the county. The competition continues to attract students from a wider geographical context and this year many surrounding counties also submitted entries. It is without doubt the most prestigious Art competition within the county that young artists can showcase their work.
We are delighted to announce that Tom Stent won the Ocee prize for drawing and was also judged to be the Most Outstanding in the whole Exhibition, a truly remarkable feat, given the high standard of the competition. The Visual Art Department are very proud of all the students who entered and would like to thank them for their hard work and dedication.
