Year 13

A2 Level French & Spanish

Students of French and Spanish A2 Level follow the same Scheme of Work regardless of language. We aim for students to have 6 lessons a week (depending on group size) and students will have some dedicated time with a native speaker assistant.

The course consists of a number of complementary units in which the four language skills – listening, speaking, reading and writing are developed simultaneously. The course will help develop general study skills, but most of all students learn to communicate at a higher level in their chosen MFL. They will also learn much more about a wide range of aspects of the societies in which French & Spanish are spoken.
