Post-16 Success for Caroline Chisholm School Students

This morning, Year 13 students at Caroline Chisholm School came together with friends, teachers and family members to celebrate their post-16 achievements and reflect on their hard work and dedication throughout the year.

The results proudly demonstrate the commitment from students, with 80% of grades achieved at A Level being A*–C, placing Caroline Chisholm School above the national average.

Early indications are also very positive, with nearly all students securing their first-choice destination. In addition, almost 40% of students have secured places at prestigious Russell Group universities, including three students who will go on to study Medicine or Dentistry.

Assistant Principal of Caroline Chisholm School and Head of Sixth Form, Miss Cambio, shares: “Today is a day of celebration, and we are immensely proud of our students and their achievements. These results reflect their commitment, perseverance and ambition, and we are delighted to see them rewarded for their efforts. As they take their next steps, whether to university, apprenticeships or employment, we wish them every success and happiness in the future".

Mr Bishop, Principal of Caroline Chisholm School, adds: “I am incredibly proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our Year 13 students. These results are a wonderful testament to their hard work, determination and ambition of staff and students. I am especially delighted to see the vast majority of students progressing to their preferred destinations wherever they are.

Behind every result is a story of perseverance, commitment and personal growth, and we all could not be prouder of each and every student. I would like to thank our dedicated staff, supportive families and, most importantly, our students for making this such a memorable and successful year. On behalf of the whole school community, I wish the Class of 2026 every success, happiness and fulfilment as they take their next steps into the future.”
