    Adult mental health support services provided by the charity Together - for adults with mental health needs over the age of 18, living in Northampton, South Northants and Daventry – ‘Northants Intermediate Adult Mental Health Support Service’.     The Lowdown - supporting young people and providing a safe space to talk and be listened to with one-to-one support, wellbeing activities and peer support. Parents and carers are welcome. (Ages 8-25) The Lowdown | Free and confidential support for 11-25 year olds

    Young Minds: Parents Helpline: Free advice and support for parents/carers concerned about a child's mental health.
