We were delighted to welcome our local MP, Mike Reader, to Caroline Chisholm School today. During his visit, Mr Reader took the opportunity to meet with both students and staff, speaking to Year 9 students and the Primary phase in assemblies learning more about our school community and the many opportunities available to our young people. Accompanied on a tour of the school by our Principal, Mr Bishop, Mr Reader also met with Mr Rayner, Contingent Commander, and Lisa Owen, one of the Lord Lieutenant of Northamptonshire's Cadets. We are very grateful to Mr Reader for taking the time to visit us and for showing such genuine interest in the achievements and aspirations of our school.

Alumni Success! We are incredibly proud to share that two of our recent alumni, George Taylor and Emily Storey, have been shortlisted for the New Furniture Makers Design Award. George's beautifully crafted garden furniture and Emily's innovative study desk will be showcased at the New Furniture Makers' Exhibition in London this October. This is a fantastic achievement, recognising their creativity, dedication, and design skills at a national level. It's also an opportunity for them to connect with other designers and industry officials. We wish them the very best of luck for the final stage of the competition and look forward to celebrating their continued success!

What a wonderful start for our youngest learners in Foundation Stage! Our children have spent their first few days exploring their new school, making friends, and settling in well. It's been especially lovely to see big smiles as siblings meet on the playground, and to watch preschool friendships continue to blossom in Reception.
