**Secondary parents only**

Dear parent/carer,

This information is in relation to the Secondary Phase only at this stage.

With the rise in cases of COVID-19 the Leadership Team have reached a decision that no parent will be allowed access to the school building until further notice.  This is to reduce the risk to our students and staff and to protect the wider public.

If your child requires medication during the school day a call will be made home to request it be brought to school, upon arrival we ask that you wait in the drop off point, your child will be sent to you to administer the medication following which they can return to the building.

Forgotten school books - these will no longer be taken as they require a quarantine period of 72 hours and could be handled by multiple people before reaching the student.

Forgotten lunches - the school caterers can provide a limited amount of lunches and a bill will be issued for reimbursement, payment will need to be made to them the following school day.

Forgotten PE kits - these will no longer be accepted due to the 72 hour quarantine period required for safe handling.

Due to the new national lockdown we are having to limit the number of people coming onto site to reduce the risk of contact.

All parental meetings will now take place virtually.  As always if you have any queries please contact the school via vjewell@ccs.northants.sch.uk. We will aim to reply to you as quickly as possible.

Kind regards

Aimee Hogan
