Last Day of Term - Early Closure

    Dear parents and carers,

On Friday 21 July, Caroline Chisholm School will be closing early for the end of term. This early finish will allow staff to complete the final clean up and continue preparing for September. All students (primary, secondary and sixth form) will finish school at 12:20pm on this day. There will be no provision for any students to remain on site after this time. We have tried to give parents as much notice as possible to enable alternative arrangements to be made.

    Lunch Arrangements

Children in Years R - 2 will have lunch in school as normal, before they leave.

Children in KS2 will not have lunch at school; if you have already ordered a meal for this day, please can you log on to your ‘meals’ ParentPay account and cancel the order for Friday 21st July before Thursday 13th July. Students in KS2 who are entitled to Free School Meals (FSMs) can be provided with a packed lunch on this day. If your child is in Years 3 – 6 and qualifies for FSMs, you will be contacted before the end of term to find out if a school packed lunch is required.

Secondary students who are entitled to FSMs will be able to spend their lunch allowance in the canteen at break time.

    Primary - Extra-Curricular Clubs

If your child is due to attend an extra-curricular club on the last afternoon, please note that this will now not take place. Please contact your club provider directly to discuss a refund for this session.

Thank you in advance for your support and understanding.
