As a modern and ever-evolving school, we understand the importance of equal pay between men and women who carry out the same role.  We are committed and determined to reduce the gender pay gap and will work with the Education Trust board and academy leaders to introduce initiatives that will aim to reduce our gender pay gap in future years.
